Rights of Way Registers

This system allows you to find all applications presented under:

Register 31A - the statements and statutory declarations submitted as a challenge against any claims of Public Rights of Way over land.
Register 53B - applications presented for a modification order to correct the Definitive Map.
Register 121B - applications for a Public Path Order received for reasons affecting railways, for purpose of crime prevention, or Sites of Special Scientific Interest.
